The drama surrounding Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY) is far from over, and fans are buzzing after an unexpected revelation from Andy Cohen. In a recent episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the beloved host spilled the tea about an intriguing pitch from none other than Kelly Bensimon. The former RHONY star made her intentions clear—she wants back on the show. But there’s more to it than just her interest. She even sent Andy a list of potential cast replacements, and it’s definitely causing a stir.

In a candid moment on the live show, Andy Cohen was asked about an interesting email he received from Kelly Bensimon. John Hill, a guest on the show, kicked things off by asking, “Do you want to comment on Kelly Bensimon saying she sent you a list of replacement RHONY cast members?”
Without hesitation, Andy confirmed the news, saying, “Well, she did send me a list.” This revelation alone had listeners intrigued, but it was what followed that truly caught their attention.
When pressed about the specifics of the list, Andy let slip a few details. “A couple of them were…” he began, trailing off before giving the scoop: “Oh, yeah. She’s on the list. It was, I think, being kind of anchored by her.”
John Hill, clearly impressed by Kelly’s confidence, reacted positively, saying, “I really like Kelly,” to which Andy agreed, “Well, me too.” It’s clear that while Kelly has her critics, Andy still holds her in high regard.
Curious minds wanted to know how often Kelly pitches herself for a return to RHONY. After all, this wasn’t the first time Kelly’s name has come up in connection to the show. Andy was quick to share, “She doesn’t [often pitch herself], but funnily enough, she does email me more than you might expect. Kelly Bensimon, Kelly Killoren Bensimon.”

Perhaps the most tantalizing detail Andy dropped involved one name on Kelly’s cast list—someone who has a long history with both Andy and Kelly. “One of the people is someone that I’ve known forever and someone that you know who is not going to do it,” Andy teased. He stopped short of naming names but left fans guessing who might be part of this mystery crew.
When asked to elaborate more on the email Kelly sent him, Andy smiled and shared, “I can’t find this email babe, but she pitched.” His evasiveness only added fuel to the fire, keeping fans on edge about whether Kelly could indeed be making her return.
Despite teasing details, Andy’s statement was clear: “Yes. So, I got the email. That’s all I’ll say. Yes.” The suspense is real!
