Angela Oakley Brands Shamea Morton ‘Gretchen Weiners 2.0′

There might be a mean girl in our midst! In The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16, Episode 3, Angela Oakley told Shamea Morton that her name should actually be “Shameana” because of how she had been acting. From there, Shamea clapped back with a dig about Angela’s nose. Things went downhill from there, and in a new interview, Angela made it clear that she and Shamea were still not on good terms.

Angela, who is the wife of NBA legend Charles Oakley, spoke with Decider about her Bravo debut. During the interview, she said that Shamea’s behavior in Season 16 seemed straight out of the movie Mean Girls.

“Shamea is Gretchen Weiners 2.0,” Angela told the outlet. “I let her know most of what I needed to say in the moment.”

In case you missed it, the feud between these ladies started when Shamea confronted Drew Sidora about her “business” relationship with Porsha Williams’ baby daddy. Angela tried to stick up for Drew, and Shamea clapped back accusing her of acting like Drew’s “assistant.”

Later in the conversation, Angela said that Shamea wasn’t the only mean girl in the new RHOA cast. If there’s a Gretchen Weiners, that means there’s also a Regina George and a Karen Smith. According to Angela, Kelli Ferrell and Brit Eady fit the bill. She said they also acted like “mean girls” throughout Season 16.

“I tried to give everyone a chance before forming my opinions, but you’ll see where I’m coming from soon,” she teased.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
