Emily Warburton-Adams starred in Below Deck Season 4. She got along famously with everyone. But sadly, she failed to make a return on Bravo.
This gentle-natured second stew worked underneath Kate Chastain. Kate helped Emily snag her first bouquet from a potential suitor while urging Emily to follow her heart during their season. Her heart led her right to their galley, where Chef Ben Robinson stood, equally smitten with all things Emily. Emily and Ben went on to date for roughly one year following Season 4, but now, they are no longer.
So, what happened here? Likewise, Ben is ready to return to this franchise, but can we say the same about Emily? And if not, what has the sweet English Ems up to since departing from Below Deck? We will fill you in on all of these matters now.
Emily Warburton-Adams followed Chef Ben Robinson to Florida before moving back to London
Kelley Johnson liked Emily, but Emily chose Ben. When Emily appeared for their date in a little black minidress, Ben smiled as Kelley headed upstairs, eager to avoid their happy departure. Luckily for Emily, she made the right call. She and Ben were similar in many ways, so they hit it off, starting a relationship that lasted well past their season on Bravo.
After their season ended, our beloved second stew moved to Florida to live with Ben. This relocation saw Emily commuting between the States and the United Kingdom often, which started taking a toll on their relationship. Emily and Ben lasted a solid year, but when they split, Emily moved back to the UK permanently.
People grow apart. It happens. However, Ben and Emily still follow each other online, so there is (likely) nothing toxic to report here.
For anyone hoping for a reconciliation, though, this is unlikely. While Ben is newly single, Emily is not. She is also rather busy in the UK, so her plate is full, regardless of her dating status.
Emily Warburton-Adams launched POW Food in 2017
After BD and a year spent living in Florida, Emily recrossed the pond for good, settling back in London near her family. Emily and her mother, Ali Warburton, a longtime catering professional, launched POW Food. Their business plan arrived during the COVID-19 lockdowns, where no matter what side of the world you lived on, your arse remained seated at home.
Emily and Ali used this time to formulate their plan. According to their website, this mother-daughter duo “founded Pow Food in 2017 with [the] mission to revolutionize workplace catering with nutrition-first, sustainable food solutions.” Their goal was “to set a new standard in the home market for quality and nutrition” using “flavourful, nutritious food[s].”
Their mission is vital to them. Through POW Food, Emily and Ali desire to keep their community well, and food plays a big part in this task. “What we eat can serve as a “preventative cure” for many health conditions. In a world overflowing with low-quality convenience foods, we believe it’s more important than ever to care about what we eat,” they stress.
In 2023, Emily sat with Shift to note that POW Food is still thriving. Concept shops and expansions are on the table, and with her then-30 employees, the sky is the limit for Emily.
Emily Warburton-Adams has experienced healing and loss since filming on the Below Deck series
Several years after filming on Below Deck Season 4, Emily spoke candidly with Bravo via The Daily Dish. She explained that she left England to enter the yachting industry instead of “going to University.” Emily had just overcome an eating disorder, she noted, so mental health-wise, she was in a bit of a precarious position at first, trying to stay grounded as she worked.
As her platform grew during and after Season 4 aired, Emily decided to speak candidly with her followers about her mental health journey. Representation indeed matters, so thank you for this, Emily. Now, Emily is the ambassador of several mental health organizations, which “has been nice,” she stated.
Before this interview, Emily went online to speak about World Mental Health Day. In her post, Emily explained that she has been through the wringer mentally and does not wish the same for her followers. Emily hopes her story can remind others to check in on themselves. “Learn how to manage the little things so you’ve got a handle on the larger waves that come along,” she urged.
Emily also announced that on February 7, 2019, her dad passed away from a six-month battle with stage four colorectal cancer. Her father fought for six months with Emily by his side.
Emily Warburton-Adams found love post Below Deck
Emily is currently in a relationship with her boyfriend, Charles Wrigley. They have been dating for over two years and seem to be solid. So, again, for any Chef Ben and English Ems holdouts, things are not looking great for you. But, while their sweet boatmance is now docked, Emily and Charles are moving full steam ahead.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Charles works for Faces as a promoter. If you have never heard of this organization, Faces is a live music night in London featuring signed and unsigned artists. Charles has been in this position since 2021.
Charles also works at Pow Food Catering, helping Emily with the business development side of her company. He is working on future concept stores, Emily explained in her interview with Shift.
Emily often posts images of her and Charles on Instagram, showing he is a constant in her daily life. On his birthday, Emily wrote, “Thank you for being my partner in crime. I love you through your grumpy photos and every angle, just maybe not the mustache again.” Charles is her “favorite person,” and fans love this for Emily.
Below Deck is streaming on Peacock.
