Big Brother host Will Best lands new role away from the ITV show

Big Brother host Will Best has revealed his latest role away from the ITV reality show.

The presenter will host a new weekly Sunday morning show on Hits Radio, with his first broadcast scheduled for January 12, 2025 at 9am.

“I knew if I hung around the Hits Radio studios long enough they’d have to give me a job eventually!” said Will.

“I can’t want to get cracking in the New Year and spend Sunday mornings with listeners for all the biggest tunes and biggest throwbacks. It’s going to be a great start to 2025.”

The station has said listeners can expect Will to provide “infectious energy and unique outlook on life” on air, with a mix of current hits and “huge throwback” tracks on his playlist.

Will’s previously covered for Sam Thompson on his Hits Radio evening show while the 2023 I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner has been away hosting I’m a Celebrity…Unpacked.

He also presented an Off the Record session with David Guetta for the radio station over the summer.

Will joined Big Brother in 2023 to host the show alongside AJ Odudu for its relaunch at ITV, hosting both the civilian and celebrity editions of the show along with the Late & Live spin-offs.

Shortly before his return to Big Brother for 2024, Will confirmed he’d experienced a health issue days before the live launch when he was diagnosed with neck problems.

“It’s always good to just before the biggest show of the year when you’re going to be live for six weeks, with all kinds of mad stuff, to not be able to move,” he joked during an appearance on the Capital FM Breakfast Show.

ITV’s second season of the popular reality TV show recently concluded, with Ali Bromley winning the series with 51.9% of the public vote.
