Big Brother’s Nathan reveals he’s already won over Baked Potato’s parents

Big Brother star Nathan King has revealed he’s already won over Rosie ‘Baked Potato’ Williams’ parents after the show.

The two stars struck up a romance in the recent season of the reality show, though Rosie was concerned that Nathan’s political views could clash with her parents’.

Speaking to MailOnline, Nathan opened up about reuniting with Rosie during last week’s finale after she was evicted a few days beforehand, revealing he subsequently met her mum and dad.

“Yeah it was lovely to see her,” he said. “Obviously, we saw each other at the after party on Friday, which is really nice.

“We spoke and then I came down yesterday on the train, I met her Mum and Dad which was really nice, they’ve been really kind to me, and it’s been great.

“It is so strange, and that’s what I said about being in there, it’s just mad. We’ve known each other for five or six weeks, but we clearly have fallen in love which is amazing, I’m so happy.”

He also admitted that it had been “strange getting back to reality” since the show ended, adding: “But a different reality now because obviously I’m down here with Rosie, we’ll go with Rosie now, not Baked Tattie.

“It’s lovely, it’s been really nice. For that to have happened in there as well, was just so not even anywhere near in my thought process of what might happen.

“But, I’m so bloody glad it did, I’ve found someone that without a doubt, I do love so much. I’m so happy she makes me happy, and that’s a great thing.”

Last week’s finale saw Ali Bromley crowned the winner of the season after receiving 51.9% of the public vote.

Big Brother airs on ITV2 and ITVX from Sundays through Fridays, followed each night by Big Brother: Late & Live.
