Brooke Shields recently shared a very special mother-daughter moment with her oldest daughter Rowan Henchy. The duo got their second adorable matching tattoo at the tattoo and piercing shop, East Side Ink Tattoo, in New York City. The tattoo artist, Matt Gutierrez, who was behind their cute ink art, took to Instagram to share photos capturing glimpses from their tattoo session at the very beginning of the new year.

As the new year began, actor Brooke Shields and her daughter Rowan Henchy got their matching second tattoo. As shown in the Instagram post shared by tattoo artist Matt Gutierrez, the adorable ink art reads, “and to a party.”
In the caption of the post, Gutierrez revealed that their tattoos are Rowan Henchy’s handwriting. The tattoo artist wrote, “I will remember tattooing them, the pain of sticking the stencil a thousand times.” Gutierrez continued, “some of the most difficult handwriting (by: Rowan) and with a photo that for me as a person and professional is very important- and for my family even more (they so admire you).”
The first photo showcased Brooke Shields showing off her freshly created tattoo while standing next to the tattoo artist. The second still displayed a close-up look of the mom-daughter duo’s matching tattoos. In the third photograph, fans can see the two standing together with a lot of affection in their eyes for each other and bright smiles as they flaunt the tattoos.
The fourth still showed the two happily giving poses with tattoo artist Matt Gutierrez. In the meantime, the final photo in the Instagram post showed Shields lying during the tattooing process with her daughter right beside her.
