Coronation Street actor Lucy Fallon has announced the arrival of her second child with partner Ryan Ledson.
The soap star, best known for playing Bethany Platt on the cobbles, shared the happy news with her followers in a sweet Instagram post.
“Our teeny angel girl is here 11/1/25 ,” read the post caption, accompanying a photo of Lucy’s daughter asleep and wearing a ‘Little Sister’ onesie on a baby mat.

Lucy’s co-stars were among many in the comments section sharing their well wishes towards the couple and their new addition.

Emmerdale star Amy Walsh and Strictly: It Takes Two presenter Fleur East also offered their congratulations following the news.

Lucy announced back in August that she was expecting her second child with footballer Ledon. The couple are already parents to 1-year-old son Sonny.
The soap star revealed the baby’s gender with fans on Instagram in September and in December shared photos from her baby shower, which was attended by a number of Coronation Street colleagues including Charlotte Jordan, Tanisha Gorey, Channique Sterling-Brown and Paddy Bever (AKA Daisy Midgeley, Asha Alahan, Dee-Dee Bailey and Max Turner).
Bethany Platt’s exit storyline, while Lucy takes maternity leave, was teased last week during Bertie’s birthday party.
Bethany revealed to Daisy that she has been offered her dream job at a magazine in London, but admitted that she was scared to tell Daniel about the news as she was worried about his reaction. Will Daniel stand by her if she leaves to pursue her career?
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
