Sooo apparently, these new pics of David Dobrik (six-pack version) are the result of hard work and not AI?? On January 7, the controversial influencer uploaded his first YouTube video in almost three years, and he looks like a completely different person. In the YouTube video and in several Instagram posts, David’s showing off his new ripped physique and opening up about what prompted this intense fitness journey. I’m *almost* inspired to go to the gym! JK, I still feel not a molecule of motivation to do something insane like that. Here’s everything we know about David Dobrik’s workout routine and transformation. Who knew health and wellness influencing was his calling…
In his YouTube video titled “SURPRISING FRIENDS WITH BODY TRANSFORMATION!!”, David vows to get in shape and shows his friends the results toward the end of the video. There are hilarious reactions from Dixie D’Amelio, Josh Peck, Olivia Jade Giannulli, Harry Jowsey, and Noah Beck, who admits, “I’m kinda turned on right now.”
Naturally, David’s ambitious fitness journey all started with a bet he made with fellow mega-influencer MrBeast. “We bet — like this is at the start of the year — that if he didn’t get jacked, he would have to buy 20,000 Feastable bars,” MrBeast says to fitness expert Ilya Fedorovich in the video.
Aside from making a bet, David just really wanted to get in shape. “I’m realizing that I need to make some health changes,” he says in a December 2023 video shared by Xeela Fitness. “This is crazy that I look like this. I don’t know what happened. I’ve never, ever taken my health seriously.” He added, “Enough is enough.”
Needless to say, he was very successful. Per David’s YouTube video, he lowered his body fat from 27.8 percent to 13.1 percent and gained 10.5 pounds of muscle. We didn’t get the specifics of his workout routine or diet, but he can be seen running, wrestling, doing pushups, playing basketball, playing tennis, and lifting in the video. Basically, he stayed active as fuck.
In an Instagram post featuring before and after photos, David wrote in his caption, “new year, new me, new vlog.” He continued, “I couldn’t be more grateful for the people around me that pushed me this year to be a better version of myself. I owe everything to all my friends and especially Ilya who has literally changed my life.” David joked that he doesn’t “feel like pudding anymore.”
Well, I’d congratulate David, but I do not like him at all due to the bazillion controversies and allegations against him.
