Five – one of Britain’s biggest boy bands of the ’90s and early 2000s – recently thrilled fans when they announced their reunion tour.
All members of the group, known for hits including When The Lights Go Out and Keep On Movin’, are returning for a tour this October and November.
Now the singers have reflected on their incredible rise to fame in a new interview – including the time they released the music video for their single Let’s Dance in 2001, which oddly featured a cardboard cut out of bandmate Sean Conlon.

Fans were told the singer was battling glandular fever, but it was later revealed he quit the band after having a nervous breakdown.
The rest of the group had to carry on releasing their single and had to film a video clip.
”That shouldn’t have been allowed to happen,’’ singer Scott Robinson told The Metro about the use of the cardboard cutout.

Conlon told the publication he had no idea about the use of the cutout until he watched the music video on TV.
In the video clip, the boys and female dancers dance around his likeness.
But keeping things light, Conlon joked the group can put it out on stage for any performances he can’t make on their upcoming tour.
Bandmate Ritchie Neville said that at the time, when Conlon took his much-needed break, the boys felt like they were ”holding the fort” for him.
”We didn’t know if he was going come back or not, so it was almost like we were holding the fort,” he said.

“It’s true, the five of us are reuniting for a tour across the UK!! This has been a long time coming and it really does feel right for all of us now – 25 years on and we’re so ready for it,” they wrote.

“We really can’t wait to get back on stage together and see you all in person, it’s gonna go OFF!! Let’s goooooo!”
Just days ago, the band were left shocked after it was revealed that so many of their tour dates were sold out.
