Jenna Ortega turned the attention to her $13K glass dress as she appeared on the March 26 segment of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” Riding the success of “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” the actor revealed how she was feeling in the creative piece after the talk show host, Stephen Colbert, complimented her outfit. Ortega said, “I’m not going to lie, sometimes there are pieces of it that are poking my a–, every time I sit.” She also added, “I feel uncomfortable but extremely comfortable at the same time.”
Ortega looked mesmerising in an Oscar de la Renta creation for her appearance on the talk show. The “Wednesday” star wore the fashion house’s Mosaic-Embellished Tulle Mini Dress. The piece is strapless and comes with a body-embracing fit. The gorgeous red dress features glass-like mosaic embroidery in floral detailing. It also adds huge roses on the bodice and the side of the waist to elevate the look.
Meanwhile, Ortega opted for minimal accessories and let her dress do the talking. She wore a small ruby pendant necklace and a matching ring to match her vibrant outfit. Besides that, Ortega continued to channel the popular character she played — Wednesday Addams — with her makeup look. She wore a dark shade of lipstick, pairing it with subtly winged eyeliner and mascara. Ortega wore her hair down and rounded off the look with a pair of strappy open-toe heels.
