Deal or No Deal Island is the perfect competition show. It features chill-inducing challenges, lots of social strategy, and contestants competing against the Banker. The best way to describe it is a blend of Survivor and the original Deal or No Deal. The final contestant standing could win millions if they beat the Banker. And presiding over this craziness is host, and Games Master, Joe Manganiello. He is returning for his second season, and it sounds like this one is going to be wilder than Season 1.
Joe Manganiello says that the value of the final case “is enormous”
Season 2 of Deal or No Deal Island started with a bang. First of all, there are already twists in the game. Plus, there is a new female Banker, and judging from the first game at The Temple, she is tough!
Recently, Joe discussed what fans can expect from Season 2 of the show. “This is one of the most important seasons in this type of show’s history,” Joe told E! News. “Every human being on the planet is going to want to watch this season because you’re going to see something you’ve never seen before. The money is insane.”
He continued, “The final case number is enormous. What it would take for someone to actually legitimately play for that case … they would have to be insane.” Welp, so far, it looks like these competitors are up for the task!
“Parvati [Shallow], the Black Widow, joined us this season and she does not disappoint. David Genat, who is a former Australian Survivor winner, is actually the greatest Australian Survivor winner of all time,” Joe stated. “We bring back the greatest Big Brother champion of all time, Dr. Will [Kirby], who is … I described him as the Joker from Batman. This season is [an] all-star cast.”
And Joe even gave an update on his beloved dog, Bubbles. “Bubbles is great. Bubbles just got back from a trip to South Africa. It was her first time there,” he explained. “I took her around and showed her all the animals.” That warms my heart!
Deal or No Deal Island continues on Tuesdays at 9/8c on NBC and streams the next day on Peacock.
