Kim Kardashian has spoken about the terrifying moment she was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel in October 2016.
During the incident, which made international headlines, Kardashian, 44, was reportedly robbed of $US10million worth of jewellery, approximately $15 million.
The reality star has reportedly said on her show, The Kardashians, per People, that her ex-husband Kanye West had warned her before the robbery not to wear both of her diamond engagement rings at the same time.
Luckily for Kardashian, she listened and didn’t take one of her rings – the original one he proposed with – to Paris with her.
She described it as “the most important” one.
“Kanye saw it and he goes, ‘Don’t you ever wear both of your rings at the same time. Are you looking to get robbed?'” she said.
She added about the saved ring: “That one, I’m gonna give to Northy [daughter North West], because she was with me when I got engaged and she held it after and I took a photo and she was just, like, a few months old.”
The pair were married in 2014 but filed for divorce in 2021. Her marriage to Kanye was her third.
Kardashian and West, who settled their divorce in 2022, share four children; North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
Just months ago, Kardashian said on the What in the Winkler podcast that she feels like she’s “basically raising four kids by herself”.
“But sometimes in the middle of the night, when they’re all sleeping in your bed kicking you and crying and waking up…”

“It’s not something that I talk about a lot because I feel like there is always a lot of judgment or people always will jump to the, ‘Oh, but you have the resources to have nannies and to have help’.
“And I just think that no matter what kind of help I have, [I’m] basically raising four kids by myself.”
