Lily Collins has surprised fans by dropping some huge news: she has welcomed her first baby.
The actress took to her Instagram account to share the first picture of her bub, a daughter with a unique name.
“Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell,” she wrote, alongside a photo of the baby dressed in a knitted floral hat, covered with a blanket that had her name stitched into it.

“Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again…”
The name has Norse and Scandinavian roots and means beloved, beautiful, and good.

This is the first child Collins, 35, has welcomed with her husband actor Charlie McDowell, 41, who she married in 2021.
The private couple did not even disclose that the actress was pregnant, with the baby news being the only indication of the huge life event.
In an October 2024 interview with EOnline, when asked about family planning, all McDowell had to say was, “We would like to. We would like to move into that next stage, so we’ll see when it happens!”
