Villainous men are a signature ingredient in the successful Love is Blind formula, always there to manipulate, lie, gaslight, and generally cause chaos on-camera. What would the show be without them? Finding 15 or so good men with totally honorable intentions (in a single city!) would frankly be an impossible task anyway. On season 8, we have liars, cheaters, objectifiers, biphobic and homophobic characters, fame-seekers, and more. It’s a brutal bunch indeed. Without further ado, here are the Love is Blind season 8 male villains, ranked by me, a woman who just can’t get enough of men. I love them so much.
6. Joey

Never trust a man with long hair. In fact, never trust any man with any length of hair (or no hair). Okay, Joey hasn’t really shown villainous qualities on the show yet, but as a straight white male, he realistically has plenty of villain potential.
5. Daniel

This whole maybe-he-followed-Taylor-on-Instagram-before sitch is messyyyy AF. She seems really confident about it too. But with this group of antagonists, that alleged crime somehow only gets him to No. 5 on the villain list. Sigh.
4. Mason

Mason, Mason, Mason. It’s the way Madison was literally always his No. 1, but he still decided to keep Meg around as a backup plan. It all truly went to hell when Madison rejected him, he suddenly “took back” his feelings for her, and then ran right to Meg to lie and claim she was always his No. 1. Thank heavens Meg realized this was bullshit.
3. Dave

“I have kind of been an ass to women in my previous dating life.” – Dave
“I work in medical aesthetics, so I’m surrounded by botox, fillers, face lifts, tummy tucks, butt lifts… That has affected me in terms of what a woman should look like” – also Dave
When Lauren said she’s 30… “So you’re no longer attractive.” – also Dave
Need I say more?
2. Devin

Devin gets the No. 2 slot because he makes you think he’s a good guy, but he’s a problematic asshole. And that’s worse than being a straight-up asshole. He had a horrible reaction to Brittany sharing that she’s hooked up with women, and he clearly decided on Virginia because he couldn’t deal with Brittany’s queerness. Ew. It’s 2025, babe.
1. Ben

When Sara asked this man for Ben’s thoughts on the Black Lives Matter movement, his response was: “I just keep out of it.” Exactly what a villain would say! Not to mention, why TF did it take him so long to properly assure Sara that he was cool with her sister being gay? It’s giving homophobia.
This next reasoning is based on a TikTok rumor, so just keep that in mind. However, I’ve followed this Minnesotan influencer, Andra, for a while and generally trust what she says. (Although she doesn’t actually name Ben in her video, she says this LIB season 8 guy played baseball at the university of Minnesota and was a realtor — so yeah, it’s Ben.) Andra claims he “treated women on that campus like they were objects” and that he “was gonna do anything for fame.” Men going on Love is Blind for fame and not true love?? I don’t believe it.
It gets worse. Andra alleged that someone she knew ran into Ben, and he told them what happened on the show. According to the influencer, Ben said Sara heard bad things about him from girls and was “mean” to him because of that. His plan was supposedly to get all the way to the altar and then say no, but she beat him to it. Did someone say… karma? Ben has diabolical vibe, so I believe all this.
