I’ve been doing workouts, but only after I’d done no exercise AT ALL for a month.”

Shaughna Phillips credited her weight loss success to following a plan designed by a dietitian. She explained: “I was told I needed to reset my metabolism. So I just followed her eating plan for a month and only then started exercising again. The workouts I do are these fun combat routines that are only 12 minutes long.”

I’m really trying to find what works for me, and I think I’m nearly there.”
