Maddi Reese isn’t the jealous type when it comes to her boyfriend (husband?) Joe Bradley. The couple are starting their relationship with a clean slate despite Joe’s rumored hookup with Real Housewives of New York alum Luann de Lesseps.
During the Season 3 premiere of Southern Hospitality, the cast sounded off on the alleged hookup between Joe and Luann following their January 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. And it turns out, Maddi wasn’t bothered by the rumors.
Maddi trusts Joe and thinks his kiss with Luann is “iconic”
The rest of the cast didn’t seem too surprised by it either. Emmy Sharrett said that “Joe has a thing for MILFs. He loves them.” A fact that has been confirmed by Joe himself in the past. So it’s no surprise he may have been attracted to Luann.
Maddi had a similar reaction and said that she doesn’t care if her boyfriend has a thing for older women. In the confessional, she shared “Joe hooking up with Luann is iconic.”
Joe previously stated that nothing happened with Luann. Although he changed his tune during the premiere, noting in his confessional, “But like, so what if I did?” Eventually, he admitted to kissing her, sharing that “it was time and enough time has passed.”
And it looks like Maddi isn’t bothered by it. What matters to her now is that she and Joe are in a healthy relationship. And it looks like they are considering the Vegas wedding teased in the Season 3 trailer and the fact that both have no regrets about walking down the aisle.
For her part, Luann has remained coy. While she admitted to spending some time with Joe and some friends and had a little party at her apartment, she didn’t say anything further. “A lady doesn’t kiss and tell,” she said.
