Married at First Sight UK star Emma Barnes has revealed where she now stands with Caspar Todd following their split.
The pair were coupled up during the reality show’s recent ninth series, though it wasn’t plain sailing during the experiment and they ultimately went their separate ways after admitting they weren’t compatible.
During a new interview with OK! Magazine, Emma said that she’s now ready patch things up with Caspar and “be friends”, after their last interaction ended in a row.

“I’m ready to chat and be friends when he wants to be,” she shared. “If he doesn’t want to, that’s okay. It’s just a shame because I’m not a bad person and we are so lucky to share this experience.
“But we haven’t spoken since the beginning of October and that was an argument. Since then, we haven’t exchanged a word.
“I’m hoping time will heal. I think we’ll definitely end up meeting up. I might add him to my Christmas card list as an olive branch.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Emma said she was “in mourning” after she and Caspar split.
“When I got home, I was in mourning. It felt like I’d given my whole life to this experiment,” she explained.
“But I’m all about silver linings and I’m glad my heart was never broken. Having not been in a relationship before, I feel lucky I didn’t have my first heartbreak on TV – that was my biggest fear.
“I also feel lucky I never had sex on TV!”
