Married At First Sight UK star Kristina Goodsell has shared an update on her relationship status following her on-screen split from Kieran Chapman.
Kristina and Kieran were coupled up by the relationship experts on the 2024 season of MAFS UK, with sparks flying when they met for the first time on their wedding day.
However, unfortunately their romance eventually fizzled out and they called it quits on their time in the experiment.
Now moving on from her heartbreak, Kristina has teased new details about her love life.

Confirming she’s currently single, Kristina revealed she recently re-entered the world of dating.
“I’m a new woman since Married at First Sight,” she told The Sun. “It’s taught me to be unapologetically myself.
“I am loving my single life, but I’m open to dating. I have been on dates, but it’s early stages.
“If someone is going to want me, they’re going to want me and I’m just going to go for it, because I’m not changing for anyone.”

Despite appearing to part MAFS on good terms, Kristina explained she’s sadly no longer speaking to Kieran.
While the couple had initially agreed to remain friends following their split, Kristina now believes their plans weren’t aligned.
“Unfortunately, we’re not friends,” she said. “My perspective of a friendship and Kieran’s perspective of a friendship is very different. It has now been apparent since the first reunion.
“I treasure my friends and I need consistent friends. He unfortunately is not a consistent friend.
“So, I wish him nothing but the best and send him so much love, but 2025 is my year.”
