Gather ‘round, reality TV watchers and drama connoisseurs, because The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and MomTok star Jennifer Affleck just announced she’s pregnant with baby number three. Yes, that’s right — another tiny Affleck is on the way, and no, we’re not talking about a lost Ben Affleck offspring.
In an exclusive with PEOPLE, Jennifer shared that this pregnancy was a bit of a surprise. “We had a feeling there was another baby waiting for us,” she said, which is a very whimsical way of describing what happens when you don’t use birth control. The baby will join big siblings Lucas, 19 months, and Nora, 3, who are reportedly beyond excited.
And, because gender reveals are so 2019, Jennifer and her husband, Zac Affleck, are keeping things old-school and waiting until delivery to find out if their newest addition will be a boy or a girl. That said, Jennifer swears she’s been manifesting a baby girl. “I’ve dreamed about this little girl for a while now,” she said.

Jennifer also got candid about how this pregnancy has been “quite a journey,” especially after the absolute chaos that was season one of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. If you missed it (congrats on having a healthier screen time balance than the rest of us), the show followed Jennifer and Zac’s marriage, and let’s just say… it did not paint them as #CoupleGoals. The Afflecks caught major backlash over their dynamic, and Jennifer admitted that the reality TV microscope took a toll on her mental health.
“There were many dark days,” she told People. “There’s so much more to our story than people realize.” Which, fair. But also, when you sign up to put your literal marriage on national TV, people are going to realize things. That’s kind of the deal.
Still, that’s not stopping them from coming back for round two. Season two of TSLOMW drops in May, meaning we’ll get to see Jennifer juggle pregnancy, toddler meltdowns, and Zac… just generally being Zac.
In between filming and prepping for baby number three, Jennifer says she’s focusing on what truly matters (read: attempting to keep her sanity intact). She’s also hoping for an unmedicated, natural birth because, apparently, she hasn’t endured enough suffering this past year.
One thing’s for sure: Between the pregnancy, the show’s return, and the inevitable internet discourse about their relationship, the Afflecks aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
