Actor Joe Manganiello made his red carpet debut with new girlfriend Caitlin O’Connor, following his split from ex-wife Sofia Vergara.
Magic Mike star Manganiello, 46, stepped out with his new flame at the COAF (Children of Armenia Fund) Gala in New York on Saturday. He has Armenian heritage.
The pair reportedly started dating in September.
O’Connor is an actress, model and TV host hailing from Los Angeles.
Just three weeks ago, Manganiello’s ex Vergara, 51, told People, she had “a very interesting year” following the divorce.
”I don’t want to say ‘bad’ or anything like that, but it’s been very interesting and very difficult.”
“I went through a divorce this year, the SAG strike that went on for so long… I’ve seen my friends struggle – some had to take their kids out of their schools or had problems with their mortgages, so it’s been a weird, weird year.”
Manganiello and Vergara announced their shock split in July after seven years of marriage.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” they said in a joint statement at the time.
“As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
