In the second photograph, Olivia Rodrigo rocked a cute red mini dress. The dress featured Peter Pan collars and short sleeves. From the bodice, the dress fell into a mini pleated skirt. The singer further styled her birthday outfit by pairing it with a pair of white socks and black schoolgirl-style shoes.
