Before that, on Tuesday, Williams appeared on a live segment for the “Good Day New York” directly from the hospital. There, she underwent independent cognitive tests, as per PEOPLE.

Page Six’s new NYC photos of Wendy Williams showed her smiling in the brightest way possible and were nothing short of good vibes after her successful psych evaluation. The snaps showed her leaving the Tucci restaurant on Wednesday night, wearing an olive green bomber jacket over a black top and matching tights.
The star also seemingly wore denim shorts over the tights. She completed her look with the fuzziest pair of boots for a cozy touch. Williams smiled and waved, beaming with happiness and energy in the snippets.
A day before the outing, the former host of “The Wendy Williams Show” made a live appearance on the “Good Day New York” from the hospital. On Monday, NYPD escorted her from an assisted living facility to the hospital, where she received mental competency tests in light of her 2023 dementia diagnosis and cognitive impairment claims. Following the capacity tests, Williams announced on the TV show on Tuesday that she “passed with flying colors” before her caretaker, Ginalia Monterrosa, offered insights on the subject.
Monterrosa claimed that the psych evaluations deemed Wendy Williams “is not incapacitated,” calling it “great news.” Moreover, Williams told the TV show’s anchor, Rosanna Scotto, about her absolute satisfaction with the independent tests and looks forward to being free from her 2022 conservatorship. According to Page Six, TMZ reported that the evaluation ruled she was “alert and oriented” with a “10 out of 10” capacity test score. In addition, it mentioned that the 60-year-old hopes to use these results in a court case to end the conservatorship.
