From her Disney days to becoming a major movie star, Zendaya has made a name for herself in Hollywood since she was a teen.
While she is the only child of Claire Stoermer and Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, what many might not know is the star hails from quite a big family.
Zendaya has several half-siblings from her father’s previous relationship.

But just two months after the Challengers star’s engagement to actor Tom Holland went public, one of Zendaya’s lesser-known half-sisters has alleged there’s a family rift.
Latonja Coleman, 51, shares the same father as Zendaya.
In a new interview with The US Sun, Latonja claimed before she recently saw the actress at her grandmother’s funeral in January, she hadn’t seen her famous relative since 2018.

“When I tried to talk to her, she just gave me a one-arm hug. It felt like I was just a fan,” she claimed.
“Zendaya is very active with my other sister and brother’s kids, but my grandkids don’t even know her.
“They think she’s just from the Disney Channel.
“I don’t even tell people anymore that she’s my sister. I’m ashamed of my dad and how he raised us.”
She told the outlet she has not maintained a relationship with her half-sister but wants to “be in her life, to show her that I love her and support her.”

Latonja Coleman
Not too much is known about Latonja.
Kazembe had Latonja before his second relationship, during which he welcomed Zendaya’s five other half-siblings.
She has kept out of the limelight over the years but has posted the occasional family photo to her Facebook account.
In her recent interview, she said the family liked Zendaya’s partner, Holland.
”They just look like an odd couple because he’s so short and she’s so tall,” she continued, adding, “Other than that, I think he’s the one for her.”
Julien Coleman
Julien, who goes by EZ, is one of Zendaya’s two older brothers.
Julien is married and has three children.

Austin Coleman
Zendaya has another brother named Austin.
However, not much is known about him given his lack of social media presence.
Katianna Coleman
The actress has an older sister named Katianna – known by her family as “Kizzi”.

She also does not have a social media presence. Kizzi reportedly has three kids.
“I look up to my big sister and realise the influence she’s had on me and making me a better person,” Zendaya said in a 2015 interview with Time.
“Having such a big, grounded family, I realised as you get older how important that is.”
Annabella Coleman
Annabella is another of Zendaya’s sisters who, like her other half-siblings, not much is known about.

Kaylee Coleman
Kaylee is Zendaya’s youngest sister.
And there you have it. Needless to say, unlike their famous relative, the rest of Zendaya’s family really do stay out of the spotlight.
In 2016, Zendaya posted a photo to Instagram taken with her family.
“Coleman Family…the people I do it for, my motivation, my support, my everything.”
