The order temporarily bans them from contacting the former RHOBH star. This latest stunt adds new weight to his request for long-term protection ahead of a crucial hearing this week.
“The fact that Marcellus is continuously violating court orders scares me deeply. I am intimidated and my peace has been violated,” the former RHOBH star, 42, said in her new legal doc filed on Thursday, July 23.
She claimed her estranged husband violated a no-contact order in Florida when he attended their son’s tournament for three days starting July 6, a day after the order took effect.
In the legal paperwork, she also alleged that Marcellus violated a temporary restraining order in California that took effect on July 8. She further said that her ex-husband has also been texting and calling their son.
“After receiving service at TRO, he continued to have contact with our children,” Annemarie said. “Marcellus called me on WhatsApp at 4:30 a.m. on July 9. Marcellus interacted with our children and came within about fifteen to twenty feet of me, even though he was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from me.”
In the Annemarie Wiley court case, a judge first granted the RHOBH star a temporary restraining order on July 7. According to the order, Marcellus, 51, was to stay at least 500 feet away from them, their three children, their Encino home and their workplace. That order remained effective till the hearing on July 24.
Marcellus’ attorney requested a modification of the visitation order regarding his children. Wiley faces a separate arraignment on Aug. 4 on domestic battery charges related to his arrest. He and Annemarie married in June 2014. They have three children – Marcellus Jr., 10, Aria, 7, and Alivia, 6.
