On January 26, Georgia prosecutors filed court documents listing four misdemeanor charges against him. If found guilty, he could face up to one year in jail.
Alaia Baldwin faces possible prison sentence after alleged assault
According to a report by us weeklyProsecutors recently filed legal documents listing four charges against Alaia. This included simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass. They identified the victim as Jacinto Hills. Alaya allegedly became violent and “struck the victim’s genitals.”
She also claims that she had thrown a tampon at the said victim. Additionally, they alleged that he pulled and removed some of Ian O’Neill’s hair, in violation of Georgia law. Justin Bieber’s sister-in-law was arrested at Club Elan, Georgia in February 2024, after being accused of assault and battery. Prosecutors also claim that before his arrest, Alaya was asked to leave the premises but he refused to do so. If she is found guilty of the charges, she could face up to a year in jail.
A Page Six Report from 2024 Told about the incident in more detail. According to the police report, bartender Haley Cooley revealed that she allowed Alaia to use the bathroom after she told her she needed a few minutes to change her tampon. The report further states, “A few minutes later, when Ms. Cauley re-entered the restroom, the woman took out her tampon and threw it at Ms. Cauley. That’s when security intervened and escorted the woman out of the club.”
The footage showed Kelly attempting to jump back out of the bathroom before the bouncers moved in to escort her out. When he was escorted away, he tried to fight and protest “all the way out”. However, the report claims that in the footage she is clearly seen causing physical harm to the bouncers.
Alaya reportedly gave a different story to the authorities. She said she did not force her way into the bathroom and only wanted to change her tampon and vomit. According to the report, when she was questioned about the alleged physical altercation with the bouncers, she denied throwing the tampon at Collie and claimed that she was acting in self-defense.
