This Morning, former cast member Braunwyn Windham-Burke Shared an Instagram post announcing the good news. Her daughter Bella is expecting her first child with her husband Douglas Tuohy.
“I’m going to be a grandma!!! So excited for the birth of my first child!!! Ready for mama b duty!!!” Braunwyn wrote alongside a photo of an ultrasound.
Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s family is about to expand
The happy news comes just months after Braunwyn and her ex-husband Shawn Burke celebrated their eldest daughter’s wedding in September.
At the time, the proud mother of seven shared a Instagram Bella and her new husband’s carousel. She wrote in her post, “My first child got married! We are all so excited to welcome @.”douglastuohy in the family and I am very proud of that woman @bellawindhamberge Has become. We, a family of 10, have come here.”
After separating from the father of her children, Braunwyn “married” her partner Jennifer Spinner in February 2023. Unfortunately, she was still legally married to Shawn when she and Jennifer went to Vegas, so it’s no surprise that her kids called her premature marriage “stupid.”
Although Braunwyn has sometimes had a rocky relationship with her children, Braunwyn still managed to get her three young children to pose with herself, Jennifer, and their two dogs in a new family portrait in January. “I always wanted the kids to have a family portrait that highlighted the unique, crazy, beautiful life that (Jennifer) and I have created with and for them,” Braunwyn said at the time.
Meanwhile, well wishes started pouring in for the upcoming grandmother. “Congratulations Darling,” The Real Housewives of Miami Star Kiki Barth responded, including two red heart emojis.
“So amazing!!! So happy for you,” added a second.
