Their dating journey reportedly began in July 2025 and speculation began after viewers caught glimpses of Thompson in the background of some of her photos. Later, they attended a red carpet event together in the same month, further fueling the speculation.
The “Mamushi” hitmaker shared all about her relationship with Thompson in a recent interview People. She said that she definitely doesn’t see her relationship with the Dallas Mavericks player moving forward.
“Well, I don’t ever want to tell (anyone) that you should jump into a relationship just because everyone else has a relationship, and I’m not going to tell you to jump into a relationship just because you have to,” Stallion said. She further said, “To be honest, I didn’t even know that I was going to be in this relationship.”
Stallion, who is a mental health advocate, shared that she found a beautiful relationship when she first started focusing on self-love. Emphasizing the importance of introspection and mental health, she shared, “I think I’ve finally started to be in a better frame of mind about myself and my life, and I was already doing a lot of work to heal myself.”
She added, “I was going to therapy, I had a lot of activities that I started doing for myself; maybe God opened that space for me to find someone who loved me the right way.” The 30-year-old feels “comfortable” in her relationship. She said that this is the first time that she is feeling “extremely comfortable”.
