In Season 4, Episode 3 of Below Deck Down, Alessia resigns from her role as sous chef and moves to the interior department to become a stew. This comes after bumping heads with Ben in the galley and an argument after a night out.

Alessia had already expressed her disappointment to Captain Jason. However, he asked them to reconsider leaving the galley. To chief stew Daisy Kelliher, the Australian native said, “I’m a little disappointed that Alessia can’t toughen up for a while.”
