New seasons of Below Deck Down Under and Summer House are thriving

According to a new report from deadlineBelow Deck Down Under and Summer House both reached all-time highs in February with their new seasons. Let’s start by taking a look at the deck below.
The latest season began this month with the continuation of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City crossover. Based on the numbers, it seems like we were all rushing to our screens to watch Heather Gay and the rest of her friends terrorize these boats.
The season 4 premiere earned 2.8 million cross-platform viewers in seven days. That number is based on a combination of Nielsen data and NBCUniversal’s internal numbers.
The episode was the most watched episode of Below Deck Down Under to date and the highest watched Below Deck episode in nearly three years. On Peacock, it is currently the most watched Below Deck episode of all time. Captain Jason Chambers should pat himself on the back right now.
Meanwhile, the Summer House crew is also putting in a huge amount of work, which is an impressive feat after ten seasons. Either this show still has a lot of momentum, or maybe people really wanted to see the downfall of Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula. We’re not sure, but either way, the numbers don’t lie.
The season 10 premiere drew 2 million cross-platform viewers in the first seven days. It is the most watched season premiere in Summer House history. Viewership on Peacock increased 46% compared to season 9.
With numbers like that, it’s no surprise that Bravo greenlit a Summer House spinoff starring Kyle, Amanda, and their fellow OG, Lindsay Hubbard. People want to see them, and at this rate, they’re definitely not going anywhere in the near future.
below deck below below Airs Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo, and you can watch summer house Tuesdays at 8/7c. Of course, both shows are also streaming on Peacock.
