survivor 50 has been off to a great start. The historic fiftieth season is the largest return season in Survivor history. After two episodes, twenty-one players are left standing. While some of them have got a lot of screen time so far, others have received almost invisible edits. Despite only being two episodes into the season, there are already several players who are demonstrating winning potential.
Which Survivor 50 cast member can win?
As of now, there are four members of the Survivor 50 cast who have a good chance to win the game. This is based on the edits so far, as some tribes have received more screen time than others. During the first two episodes, these four contestants started their game on a high note. It wouldn’t be a surprise if one of them made it to the end and won.
Rick Devens
Rick Devens has been one of the most influential players ever on Survivor 50. After being placed in the Silla tribe, Rick formed a quick alliance with Christian Hubicki and Emily Flippen. The three decide to form a strong secret alliance, which is not revealed to the rest of the tribe yet. Rick also receives alliance offers from almost everyone in Silla, which puts him in a strong social position.
In addition to playing a strong social game, Rick has also quickly proven his strategic abilities. Before Seela’s second Tribal Council, Rick gets the brilliant idea of placing a fake idol at Tribal. He involved Christian in the planning and the two worked together to organize it. Rick successfully placed the fake statue, which is an incredibly impressive move right out of the gate. If Rick continues to play a strong strategic game as well as dominate socially, he may have a real chance to win.
Christian Hubicki
Christian is another leading contender at Survivor 50 who could ultimately win it all. Like Rick, Christian was placed in the Silla tribe. Having secured a strong alliance, Christian soon proved himself extremely useful to the camp. He impressed everyone when he was able to light a fire using people’s glasses, and no one raised his name to vote for him.
During the second episode, Christian found Billie Eilish’s boomerang idol in Silla. They decided to send it to Aubrey Bracco, in hopes of forming an alliance in the future. This was a smart move on Christian’s part, as having any alliance this big in the game is extremely helpful. Christian also helped Rick with a plan to hide a fake idol at Tribal Council, where he pretended to fall spectacularly to distract attention from himself.
emily flippen
Emily is the third member of the alliance along with Rick and Christian, and she may very well hold her own. Until now, Emily has flown under the radar of the Silla tribe. Nonetheless, he is in a very good position socially and no one is targeting him. Emily is good at strategizing without a target on her back, which is important in an important season like Survivor 50.
If Emily makes it into the merge, she’ll have a good chance of advancing in the game. As a recent new era player who has not won the game, Emily has no big goals. While Emily played well on Survivor 45, there are many other players whose threat level is greater. If Emily maintains strong alliances and manages her threat level while making moves, she can easily reach the end and win.
Genevieve Mushaluk
Genevieve Mushaluk is in the Vaatu Tribe this season, where she has already shown herself as a strong player. After not prioritizing a social game on Survivor 47, Genevieve learned from her mistakes. She immediately helped form a strong alliance of five on Vaatu, with her being front and center.
During the premiere, Genevieve finds Billie Eilish’s boomerang idol in Vaatu. He decided to send it to Ozzy Lust, hoping to get votes with it, which would send the idol back to him. Genevieve is arguably the strongest social and strategic player on Vaatu. If she continues on this path, she has a good chance of reaching the end and winning.
