However, as a newbie Whitener Slagswolves Turns out, some members of this cast aren’t having a camera- and drama-free summer right now. Whitner Slagsvoll says Craig Conover “held himself accountable” at Southern Charm reunion.
Part 1 of the Summer Charm season 11 reunion aired last week. As expected, Craig Conover was on the hot seat. His anger crossed limits this season. And, as a result, his crush walked away from him before this season even ended.
Still, as Whitner pointed out paradeCraig “really did his sycophancy, and he really held himself accountable” during the reunion. That said, this is the same soundstage where Craig became “mad at me”, Whitner admitted. Not helping matters, Craig was already a little angry with Whitner. And the reason has to do with Whitner’s mid-season appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
As Whitner explained, he worked at the same personal injury firm where Craig once practiced law. Whitner insisted, however, that he was not supporting Craig here. He actually thought Craig would have done “just fine” in the field of personal injury. Still, Craig probably took it as a dismissive jab.
Whitner shared that, between his WWHL statements and “some other things that were discussed at the reunion I was kind of doing the driving commentary on,” Craig is now upset with him. Still, “I reached out to him,” Whitner insisted. “And he said, ‘Give me some time.’ It’s a hard job that we do … and so, like I said, ‘I appreciate it, man, I’m sorry, and I’m happy to talk to you about it,'” Whitner said.
Still, Whitner said, “I’m sure he’s still upset. And I’m sure we’ll get over it.” Whitner then apologized one last time, presumably while Craig was listening.
