on first southern charm At the season 11 reunion, Craig seemed to be in a different reality than his co-stars. The reunion was indecisive about women, particularly when Austen called Sally a “bar rat” and referenced her “body count”. At least Andy called out the double standards! Charlie disputed Craig’s story about their relationship and claimed that he never told her that she was not talking to other people. When Austen called Craig a narcissist, she said this was impossible because he was a sympathetic person. As they went to break up, Craig muttered that it was “on the pile” and that he wasn’t sure he would be back.
What happened in Southern Charm Season 11 Episode 17?

This week on Southern Charm season 11 episode 17 “Reunion Part 2”, Venita reveals her issues with both Craig and Sally. Charlie reveals her new relationship, while Craig accuses her of love bombing. Craig is constantly talking about leaving the show. Can he change, or does the group need to accept him as he is?
Is Craig eliminated from the Southern Charm season 11 reunion?

Last week’s cliffhanger proved to be a false alarm, as Craig returned to the stage after the break. But he is angry. He says backstage, “You guys have made vulnerability the villain… I won’t be vulnerable with you guys anymore.” He claims he “performed very well” and didn’t panic throughout the season until he suffered a concussion. Once again, he didn’t watch the season! Andy appears astonished, but changes direction when the cameras come back.
Andy brings up Craig’s feud with Venita. We look again at the podcast clip that started it all, and it’s… pretty mediocre. Venita simply said that Craig shouldn’t talk like he knows anything about Paige if he doesn’t. Elsewhere, she accused him of taking advantage of the breakup.
But Craig stands by his reaction and repeatedly insists that Venita does not know him or Paige. He repeatedly accuses her of quoting Reddit, but Venita insists that she does not look at Reddit. Craig claims he wasn’t dragging out the breakup and “he was the only one who wasn’t vocal about it.” Craig, you talked about it constantly…
When a viewer questions whether Craig saved Venita from drowning last year, Venita says she thanked him several times. But during their last years as colleagues he never made an effort to connect with them. So, why would she remain loyal to him? Craig claims, “I’ve always been good to you.” Roll the tape?
Can Venita and Sally be friends again?

They may not have been friends, but Craig had a big impact on Venita this season, especially when it came to Sally. When Venita’s mother appears, Sally calls her “my girl”, because she took her side. But Venita comments that her mother did not know the whole story.
Venita admitted that she had been too aggressive, and apologized to Sally. She thought she was protecting her friend. When Venita says that she and Sally get along well, the group disagrees. Apparently, they got into a big fight on Sally’s birthday!
Sally blames Venita for not wanting to share photos, post together on social media, or even be seen together in fans’ photos. Sally asks if Venita is ashamed to be friends with her. Just like he asked Austen last week. The reunion makes me feel sorry for Sally!
Venita claims that this is because people online keep calling her stupid for being friends with Sally. The group requested Venita not to let such nasty comments get to her. Venita clearly becomes too emotional to speak, although she tries to stop herself from crying (her make-up is great…). Venita and Sally miss each other, and Venita had never opened up like this with any of the cast before. Madison says this is the first time that the entire cast of Southern Charm is true friends… which surprised me, because it hasn’t felt like a group of friends this season. But I personally hope that Sally and Venita can work things out. Madison says Craig and Austin should take notes from Sally and Venita. Craig asks to give their friendship six more years.
In other relationship news, Venita confirmed that her romance with Carl is going nowhere. He complained about the distance, not personally, but to People magazine. Oh Carl!
Relive the love triangle of Southern Charm season 11

When asked what attracted her to Craig, Sally admitted that it was really just his looks. But Craig saw her as a sister. Ouch! She sent a message to Sally insisting that if he was being nice she should have stayed.
Craig also revealed that during a night in the hot tub, he showed Charlie his sewing room and said, “You can kiss me if you want.” He didn’t! Andy says Craig has less game and is more effeminate than Austen or Shep. Craig says he’s not the casual hookup type. If he really doesn’t like someone, he’ll go home and “do it by himself.” Whitner has to explain how it feels.
Sally insists that she did not buy the chickens for Craig. Austen thinks he did it based on how it looked in the show, although Sally says she knows the whole story.
Sally admits that her attitude towards people has not changed since the season was filmed. But she thinks she has a solid foundation with Austen… even if it’s just friendship. She insists that he will make a great husband and father someday.
She says Charlie kept her interest in Craig a secret, secretly messaging him outside the “cult”/group chat. This was a big change in their friendship as Charlie usually told her everything about each boy. But Madison explains that they weren’t friends for that long. And everyone should stop throwing “best friends” around.
Did Charlie like Bum Craig?

Charlie is hesitant about the identity of her current boyfriend, but Sally reveals that he is Justin from Southern Hospitality. Craig says Austen broke the news to him. Charlie continued to refuse to tell Craig that she was not talking to other people. She reminds him that they went on two dates. But he says she constantly FaceTimed him and accused him of love bombing. He once again blames Sally for things going wrong.
Charlie denied the love bombing and said she made it clear her feelings changed after Craig’s Mexico craze. Craig insisted that it was not Mexico, and that he had been “perfect” before that. Charlie gets frustrated that he’s trying to tell His How He It is felt. Backstage, she confesses to Sally that she had one foot out in Mexico, and because of the Van meltdown she stopped liking him. When she returns to the stage, Craig tells her that it is “unfair” to blame the incident on Mexico.
Speaking about Mexico, Venita admits that she hit on Craig and wishes that Austen would stand up for herself. Regarding his disgusting “you don’t exist in my world” response, Craig knows what to say that will hurt a person the most (a skill Shep shares). Craig admits that he should have talked to Venita in private. Is this… accountability? From Craig? Well, then he said the van was his first mess in two years, so not completely.
Will Craig leave Southern Charm?

Shep reacts to Craig’s drunken anger he feels towards her. Madison says that if she had been in the van, she would have calmed Craig down. Craig blamed drinking alcohol and said he did not eat for hours. But there is footage of him eating all day. Andy doesn’t want anyone to think that produce doesn’t feed them! Others report that they too had a lot to drink, and were not alarmed.
While Craig blames it on alcohol, Rodrigo suggests that his real problem is anger. Molly encourages him to consider anger management. Austen points to all the other occasions this season when Craig yelled First The Van. He’s not sure Craig’s apology means anything. Whitner always feels like Craig They say He’s working on himself, but doesn’t really do it.
Madison says they have to accept him for who he is. “Suppose our friend is a donkey?” Austen asks. Craig suggests that the cast should leave Southern Charm if they feel like it.
Ultimately, he admits that he felt Charlie rejected him, and he becomes angry. Craig says he will redirect to discussing anger issues with his therapist, claiming he has never done this before. I was waiting for someone to ask if it was a human doctor or ChatGPT.
As for the rest of the cast, Rodrigo plans to marry Tyler. He would choose Madison to do the job. Venita says Mauli can sing. Speaking of, Molly hopes to do more songwriting and perform her own original songs. To end the reunion on a positive note, Molly and the cast sing Happy Birthday to Charlie. And Shep says goodbye to Season 11 with one final toast.
