House of Villains Season 3 Episode 7 Recap

Looks like super villain office hours have just been extended. In the latest episode of house of villainsKate continues her winning streak, and is giving it everything she has to defeat Tyson. Does the Survivor star have any competition with Bravoleb? Not necessary.

When we last left, the Below Deck alum got the chance to lead Johnny’s elimination, and she got lucky when Ashley also had to bow out of the show due to a mystery illness. Two for the price of one.

Kate then turned around and got lucky for the second time when she found Ashley’s germ-tainted notebook, with her entire alliance strategy written in ink. Kate’s reign continues in House of Villains, Season 3 Episode 7, “The Nutty House of Villains”, and she’s feeling pretty invincible.

Following last week’s double eviction, Joel sent the House of Villains members into another frenzy with a mysterious envelope. Opening it meant an automatic spot on the hit list, and it was all in Kate’s hands. However, another unexpected supervillain victory of the week kept him in a position of power. She’s taking on the game without breaking a sweat or smiling, and she has Tyson and Tom to protect her.

The villains didn’t even have time to pretend they were sad to see Johnny leave the game before another twist came upon them. Most of them didn’t even realize it was happening.

Joel leaves a mysterious envelope in their pantry, and it doesn’t take long for Tyson to find it. As Christine pointed out, he always catches first.

Inside the mysterious envelope was a cursed letter. By reading this you automatically come in the hit list.

To break the curse, Tyson had to trick someone else into opening the envelope. The curse of opening it continued with every person. The last person to find the note before the next Battle Royale Challenge will remain on the hit list. Joel called it “the death penalty.” All this time, we thought death fell only on traitors.

At this point, Tyson felt desperate to rebuild his relationship with Sandoval, so he immediately went to her and alerted her about the letter. From there, the two conspire to lure Kate into their trap. She’s frowning, so of course, she opens it right away.

After Kate holds the note, Tyson goes to warn Paul and New York not to open it. Christine saw them all groping around it, so she thought she shouldn’t touch it. Drita said she knows better than to tamper with someone else’s mail, so she doesn’t even want to touch it. This left Kate with no other option. This curse put him on the hit list.

The only way Kate could get off the hit list was to win the title of Supervillain of the Week, which seemed like a stretch after winning it last time. Miraculously, he did it. She can officially be Season 3’s companion animal.

This week’s battle royale challenge focused on craziness, mainly because Joel made a million jokes about male genitalia. Literally, they talked about roughing nuts, busting nuts, catching nuts, and almost any other kind of euphemism you can imagine. God bless this stupid show.

In the game, everyone started with the same number of nuts. He had to go to a small shed and personally empty some of the nuts into a bag. The goal was to have as many nuts as possible at the end of the game, while not having the least number of nuts left in each round. Oh, and they also had to dress up like squirrels, just because.

After Joel explained it, you could tell that some of these villains were extremely confused. Anything involving mathematics will frustrate most of these people. Kate on the other hand? He was locked inside. His only way to get off the hit list was to win Supervillain of the Week, and boldly he did so.

You also have to give an honorable mention to New York, which came in second place. She was just one step away from becoming a supervillain. It would have been his first win in three seasons, but the results were not in his favour.

It’s time to split the bromance

After winning Supervillain for the second week in a row, you couldn’t tell Kate a single big thing. Supervillain office hours reopen, and she immediately sets about harassing all the boys in the house.

Kate already got a taste of revenge in the last round, eliminating two of her enemies from the house in one week. Now, he has to take another hit at those who wronged him? She is seriously living the dream.

Tyson and Tom knew they were in trouble ever since they helped uncover Kate’s secret letter. This was a particularly clumsy move on Sandoval’s part, since just last week Kate had tried to warn him about Tyson’s lies. He told her that trusting Tyson too much could hurt her, but she didn’t listen. Now, Kate is adamant on separating them. This bromance won’t last forever.

Unfortunately, House of Villains has given us a big challenge this week, so we don’t know who is on the hit list. However, we saw two of the three!

Of course, Kate put forward her obvious choices, Tyson and Sandoval. They weren’t the least bit surprised, nor did they have any valid argument for Kate. They knew exactly what they did to earn those places.

The third place is where things are going to get tricky. Kate looks good with Drita and Christine. Putting him on the hit list would be a betrayal of his closest associates.

Kate tells Paul that she will take him off the hit list this week. She knows that they are not loyal to anyone in the house. He has been on more hit lists than anyone. Paul deserves a week off for crying out loud!

Then, he leaves New York. Like Paul, she has difficulty staying loyal to anyone, and Kate said she worries she’s leaning too much into the Tyson/Tom side of things. She made out with Tyson for all of 30 seconds. They are tied!

But, will Kate cheat on her roommate? Would she want to subject herself to the level of humiliation that automatically comes with eliminating New York? We’ll find out next week when House of Villains returns.

house of villains New episodes will be released on Thursdays at 9/8c on Peacock.
