Sebastian Stan, who spent years playing Bucky Barnes in the MCU, joined the DCEU this year. He will be seen as Harvey Dent in “The Batman Part 2”, starring Robert Pattinson as the lead superhero. Trainer Jason Walsh recently shared a glimpse of Stan’s “high-protein” diet in an Instagram post on May 11.

“Can’t explain how excited we are to have Sebastian training for Batman. It’s going to be epic! Sebastian is one of the kindest clients we’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. In this clip I introduce him to @rise.311 protein for training recovery.”

“The Apprentice” star recently opened up about his role in The Batman Part 2 in his Cannes cover story deadline. He said the film was “a challenge, like everything else. I think it’s a really ambitious movie and I think if we get it right – and obviously I’m very excited to have Matt Reeves[directing]because he’s been one of my favorites for a long time – I really think it’s going to surprise people. I also think it’s going to surprise a lot of people.”

Elsewhere in the interview, he also talked about returning to his Romanian roots in “Fjord”. The drama film will have its world premiere on May 18 at the Cannes Film Festival 2026. Directed by Christian Mungiu, the film received a nomination for the Palme d’Or.
