According to court documents obtained by tmzEthan Jamison was arrested in Wake County on May 12, 2026. Authorities claimed he violated an active protective order by possessing a gun.
Earlier this year, Jamison was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to murder following the March 23 incident in Raleigh. Court filings alleged that the three men, identified as EF, JM and KW, were attacked with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.
“During the investigation, detectives identified Ethan Jamison (27) as the individual who fired a single shot in the direction of the victims’ vehicle,” court documents state.
Investigators reportedly linked Jamieson to the case because witness descriptions matched a suspect seen riding an e-bike near the scene. The actor later secured a $150,000 bond following his arrest in April. He is scheduled to appear again in North Carolina’s Wake County District Court on June 10.
Jamison is best known for appearing as District 4’s male tribute in the 2012 blockbuster “The Hunger Games.” He has also appeared in small television roles over the years, including “One Tree Hill” and “Justified.” At the moment, no upcoming acting projects involving him have been publicly announced.
