In 2023, Andy published his memoir, Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up. In the book, he revealed personal messages with Rinna. Producers also criticized her resignation email from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during the season 13 premiere. Naturally, Lisa hated both of these decisions.
In her memoir, You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About, Lisa called out Andy. “It was so questionable, so Andy, so bravado, so unnecessary. After reading it, I was so mad, I threw his book in my fireplace and watched it burn with joy,” she wrote. Just a few days later, Lisa appeared before Andy on WWHL.

Andy “apologized” for publishing Lisa’s texts. Lisa laughed and gave the shade back to Andy. “It was so beautiful to see your book go up in flames. Andy, actually, it’s an honor. That I get to burn your book, it’s kind of an honor,” she joked.
Andy said, “It’s very clear to me that you have a very complicated relationship with the housewives and a bit of a relationship with me as a result of that.” He continued, “You know, I have to tell you something. And I have to thank you because I realized that you supported me through the two most important days of my life.”
First, Lisa brought her “Hype Master” energy to her baby shower in 2019. “You did it. And no one told you to do it. It was incredible, and I’ll never forget it,” he insisted.
Second, Lisa attended Andy’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star ceremony in 2022. “You were filming that day, you had just come back from Aspen, you were grieving the loss of your mom. You sat with my mom at lunch afterward, and I just want to thank you. You came through for me on two very important days, and it’s not in vain to me. I really appreciate it, and I’ll never forget it,” Andy said.
Lisa replied, “It was a great pleasure for me.”
