Bravo’s big new reality show earns low viewership

one more Well done The show is being criticized online due to low viewership. This time, it’s The Valley: Persian Style. The two-part series premiere, which aired on January 8, failed to reach 300,000 live viewers, earning a 0.04 rating in the 18–49 demographic. It’s not exactly the blockbuster launch anyone had in mind, but we think there’s probably more to the story.

The Valley: Persian Style Could Stream Better on Peacock

While Bravo has not released any streaming numbers for The Valley: Persian Style, other new shows like Next Gen NYC were pulled online for low ratings, only for the network to later reveal heady numbers from Peacock and other sources.

Another example is the reboot of Vanderpump Rules. They dropped the series to a series low in its live ratings. However, after all the data was revealed, Bravo revealed that it reached 2.6 million viewers across all platforms. It was the network’s biggest show in 2025, so The Valley: Persian Style may follow suit.

It’s also worth noting that The Valley: Persian Style faced some big competition on its premiere night. The episodes aired at the same time as Peacock dropped the Season 4 premiere of The Traitors. It’s probably safe to assume that a large portion of the audience was too busy watching that three-episode premiere to save the Shahs of Sunset reboot for another night. There’s only so much TV you can watch in a night!

All things considered, fans shouldn’t be too worried. Plus, the last time people speculated about live ratings, Andy Cohen jumped in and called it a small piece of a much bigger picture.

Ghati: Persian style Airs every Thursday at 9/8c on Bravo. You can stream it on Peacock.
