legal documents Obtained by TMZ The letter, dated last month, states that the bodyguard has been accused of “violating” state and federal laws. Thomas allegedly accessed Britney’s anonymous devices and iCloud account designed for data and media storage without her “authorization or consent.” The letter also apparently threatened to report the former employee to law enforcement and press allegations.

Furthermore, the alleged hacking of the hitmaker’s personal accounts happened after he was fired from his job. The tabloid says Thomas was fired in August last year, before the hacking occurred. However, the reason for his firing has not been revealed. The bodyguard was contacted by TMZ for comment, but was not provided with a statement.

Thomas has reportedly been instructed to stay away from all of Britney’s accounts, devices and logins. Additionally, they are advised to delete any copies of Brittany’s personal data that they may have. These include his photos, files, documents, and possibly his emails or text messages.

Of course, this isn’t the first time legal action has been taken for the embattled singer. Most famously, Britney applied to dissolve her conservatorship managed by her father jamie spears and attorney Andrew M. Wallett. The legal system began in 2008, when Starr was placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold, as a temporary measure.

After a successful legal battle and a highly publicized #FreeBritney campaign supported by the public and fellow celebrities, Britney’s conservatorship was terminated in 2021. The move gave the singer complete control over her finances, personal life and creative output.
