RadarOnline.com reported that Jenner’s filing claims Hutchins borrowed a large sum of money due in late 2024. The reality star reportedly covered the expenses using both cash and her personal credit and debit cards.

Court documents allegedly state that Jenner loaned Hutchins more than $280,000 through various card transactions, as well as an additional $7,150 in direct cash payments. The filing alleged that most of the spending included purchases related to antiques, landscaping, Shopify spending and eBay transactions.

Jenner is also reportedly seeking reimbursement of approximately $10,000 in accumulated credit card interest related to the alleged expenses.

The filing did not stop here. Jenner further claimed that Hutchins was owed more than $133,000 in legal fees after the couple was jointly sued and hired the same attorney.

A request involving Apple is also at the center of the latest legal battle. Jenner reportedly wants Apple Inc. to release access to Hutchins’s Apple ID so she can retrieve what court documents describe as “work-related information” stored on her devices.

This unusual controversy comes just months after Hutchins died following an ATV accident near Jenner’s California estate in July. Authorities ruled the incident an accident after Hutchins’ ATV reportedly struck another vehicle before falling into a ravine.

Hutchins, who first met Jenner in 2015, later became her manager and one of her closest collaborators. Over the years, the pair often dismissed rumors that their relationship was romantic.

Now, legal filings have put renewed focus on Jenner’s finances and her complicated business relationship with Hutchins before her death. Estate attorney Matthew Erskine reportedly suggested that Jenner may eventually need “substantial evidence” to successfully prove the alleged debt claim in court.
