As women fight, drink and play in the sun, Captain Jason Chambers’ The team is hard at work. Despite the problems in the galley, they are providing excellent service. But if any of them were unhappy, Captain Jason came up with a discreet way for charter guests to express their concerns. And this is below decks first.
Captain Jason provides anonymous feedback forms to guests
According to the sneak peek of Season 4, Episode 3, Jason asks Daisy Kelliher to distribute the survey. She thought the cards were menus until Jason explained the game plan.
“Those are reviews from our guests,” he said. “They’re going to go into a beautifully designed box. They go and a lot of them don’t want to tell us what they really feel. I think that’s something I can look at as a captain and really analyze where things are going.”
“It’s good pressure,” Daisy replied, clearly nervous.
In a confidential interview, the chief stew admitted to being “nervous” about the surveys. The former Below Deck Sailing Yacht star explained, “I’m nervous. I don’t know what these zombie women are going to tell Jason. But I’m good at reflection. I think it’s a good idea to progress. And even better if I get a good comment if I win.”
Daisy was referring to the RHOSLC cast’s zombie-themed dinner, which turned into chaos. Brittany Bateman suggested that Seth Marx had a mistress. Braunwyn Newport and Lisa Barlow recap their issues from Season 5.
The Irish native told his captain, “Okay. I think it’s a good idea. Thanks Jason.”
In the final moments of the clip, Daisy was shown handing a form to Mary Cosby. Perhaps Captain Jason will share what the cast has written.
