Caroline replied to the tweet, telling Libby that Donald’s comment referred to Greenland as a piece of ice. She started telling him, “You’re the only one mixing anything here.”
The press secretary then attached a photo showing the icy waters of Greenland. In his speech, Trump says he knows they will be there for them, while adding, “They are not on Iceland for us, I can tell you that.” He further said that recently the stock market has declined because of Iceland. On stage, Trump had previously said he would not take Greenland by force. However, he expressed his desire to regain control of the nation.
Caroline has a history of attacking the press, like her boss. He was asked whether ICE agents acted improperly during the controversial shooting of Renee Nicole Good. The press secretary hesitantly called the reporter a person who was biased towards leftist views. He also said that this person is not a journalist but someone calling himself a journalist.
