He shared, “I think you have to come back for that reason alone. You can’t end your career. Number one, the way the season went, it’s too good a career to end on that note. Number two, when you think of Kelce, who do you think of? Patrick Mahomes.”

Additionally, he compared Kelce and Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes to iconic superheroes. Hall continued, “He’s Batman and Robin. He’s (Michael) Jordan and (Scottie) Pippen. Your last catch, your last play, your last pass, a reception at the 15 has to come from (Patrick Mahomes).”

The 47-year-old explained that Kelce has a “hunger” and “love” for the game of football, which gives him an edge over other players. Hall said, “He has options off the field, but I think what we can all agree on is that he has a rare element in the entire NFL, which is the success he’s had, the money he’s made, and still has the hunger and love for the game of football.”

Continuing, he said, “That’s the difference to me. You can tell some people like what football gives them, and other people just love the game of football. And my personal opinion is, Travis really loves the game of football.”
