Details about the former Duke’s foul mouth were published in the new book, The Royal Insider, by Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell. It includes insight into Andrew’s “entitled” behavior, which resulted in a rebuke from his mother.

In the book, Paul wrote that Andrew frequently told his employees to “f off” over the years. spoke to the author fox news Before the release of the book. “I had many conversations with Andrew over the years. Paul discussed the Buckingham Palace parties hosted by Andrew and ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. He recalled, “They used the Queen’s staff and chefs with extraordinary menus, catering to guests a three- or four-course meal – complete with pudding and starter – as if it were an à la carte restaurant.”
When she became aware of Andrew’s behavior towards the staff, Queen Elizabeth put a stop to it. “This has to stop. These are my employees. They’re not yours, Andrew, and you should treat them with respect. They’re here to look after us. It’s their duty to look after us, and we should appreciate that,” Paul said, “Andrew got a tick from his mother. But then they wouldn’t let the maids go into the rooms to make the beds. They’d be on the bed all the time. They’d abuse the system.”
