strange eye The cast committed suicide a day before its final season dropped on Netflix, and bobby burke Have officially entered the chat. The former Fab Five member just uploaded a slightly suspicious post to his social media that seems to point to Karamo Brown Drama, and honestly? It must feel good to be so carefree.
Bobby Berk hints at ‘karma’ amid Queer Eye cast fallout
As a reminder, Karamo distanced herself from the Fab Five before the season 10 Queer Eye premiere, with her representatives releasing a statement suggesting that she felt mentally and emotionally abused during her time on the show. Reportedly, a hot mic moment between Karamo’s mother, Tan France, Antonio Porowski, and Jonathan Van Ness took the group to a place of no return.
As the drama plays out online and makes headlines, Bobby put out a very subtle post promoting his new show on HGTV.
“How’s everyone’s week?” Bobby casually wrote on Instagram on January 21.
He added, “Have you seen my new show Junk or Jackpot on @HGTV, @HBO Max and @Discotory+?”
At first glance, this may seem like innocent self-promotion for his HGTV show. But between the timing of the post and the fact that they set Chappelle Rone’s song, My Kink Is Karma, to play in the background? It’s shadow, and it has layers.
Bobby was the first Queer Eye cast member to raise the alarm on the Fab Five when they left the show after Season 8. At the time, he indicated that he had to leave the show due to a personal feud with Tan.
Rumors of a feud intensified when Tan’s friend Jeremiah Brent was appointed to replace Bobby. Tan denied the claims, but Karamo’s latest allegations put things with the group in a new light.
According to Bobby, Queer Eye didn’t pay that well anyway, so he might as well kick his feet up and watch the chaos unfold with the rest of us.
