Facing the fallout from yet another failed marriage was J.Lo’s best recipe for recovery. Talking to Good Morning America, film star Selena said that her career was secondary for a long time after filing for divorce from Ben. “I had to stop everything and take a year off,” she said. Her This Is Me… Live Tour in 2024 was canceled shortly after she filed for divorce.
On breaking up with Ben, J.Lo says her focus was on dealing with him and her children. She decided to stay home immediately after their separation and “sat in everything that had happened,” she said. Jennifer has twin girls with her third husband, Marc Anthony.
Her opening up about her highly publicized divorce to Ben seems like a big change for Jenny from the Block singer. In October, she looked a little awkward during a live interview on the Today show. She was asked by co-host Craig Melvin about her breakup with Ben.
By all accounts, Jennifer is taking a break from dating but is said to be happy and doing much better personally. Their film, Kiss of the Spider Woman, which Ben produced, premiered in US theaters last October.
