Per tmzThe Cascio family reportedly filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s estate and accused Jackson of child trafficking, claiming he “abused each of the plaintiffs, beginning when some of them were seven or eight years old.”

The plaintiffs describe what they claim happened over the course of a decade. TMZ reported that she accused Jackson of luring them in with gifts, access to his celebrity life and declarations of love, then isolating them from each other and their families.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims that the alleged abuse occurred during the trip. TMZ reported that the complaint claims Jackson abused children “on interstate and international trips” to locations that allegedly included Switzerland, Florida, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

One plaintiff, Edward, also claimed the abuse occurred at the homes of celebrity friends, including Elizabeth Taylor’s Switzerland home and Elton John’s United Kingdom home.

Additionally, TMZ reported that the siblings claimed Jackson glorified what they remembered by showing them pornography and claimed he described it as “sweet”.

The siblings reportedly received the money from the estate after watching “Leaving Neverland,” with TMZ claiming each sibling received $690,000 a year for five years. For now, they reportedly believe the amount falls short.

The estate’s attorney, Marty Singer, denied the claims in a statement to TMZ, claiming that the Cascio siblings’ statements “directly contradict what is now being alleged.” Additionally, the siblings, represented by Mark Geragos and Howard King, recently tried to void the agreement. TMZ further quoted King as saying that his clients were entitled to $200 million.
