What happened on Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 Episode 16?

The group questions Gina’s financial situation while shopping in Tokyo. In The OC, Carmella was overwhelmed with major life decisions. And Jane started a new business.
Gina opens shops until she drops

The next morning, which was their last day in Tokyo, the women went to a vintage shop. “This is my motherfucking Super Bowl,” Gina said in her confessional. “I’m in it to win it!”
Meanwhile, Emily and Gina ask Shannon what happened between Vicki and Tamra. “Does Vicki know that Tamra is telling people that Vicki isn’t talking to Brianna (Culberson)?” Emily asked.
“No. Tamra told me last night,” Shannon replied. This comment about her daughter will not please Vicky.
Below, Jen says of Gina, “She’s just come into high-end fashion, stepping up herself.” Heather commented, “I like it for that. But I mean, I get a little worried sometimes.”
Tamra also expressed her concern. “He hasn’t been in real estate that long. There are ups and downs in real estate,” he said.
“Every show I did, there was always some guy who, as soon as they got the show, bought a Porsche and a big TV,” Heather said. “And then the show will get canceled. It’s not going to last.”
Then Heather mentioned the Saddleback Magazine photo shoot from two months ago. “Did you hear what he and Emily paid for that stylist?” Heather asked. “They hired stylists and each of them borrowed four dresses and each dress cost $12,000.”
“I think Gina is becoming very successful. But yes, she’s a lot more attractive than she was a few years ago,” Vicki said in her confessional.
Is Gina living above her means?

Tamra and Emily arrive at another store. “She loves shopping,” Emily said of Gina.
Tamra said in her confessional, “I love Gina very much, but fashion has not been her strong suit. But now she is seen in Prada. She always wears power suits. She has bags.”
“Do you ever worry about his shopping?” Tamra asked. Emily replied, “No. I know he’s really smart with his money.”
Right on cue, Tamra mentioned that there was some discussion about Gina’s shopping habits. Tamra said Heather’s comments were “concerning.”
During their conversation, Emily said, “Gina is on her way to a $20 million business this year. It’s a legitimate real estate career that she’s built from the ground up.” Back in her room, Emily tells Gina that Heather was “concerned about what you’re spending.”
Gina was angry. “This is not a program. I have a business.” He added that Heather doesn’t know “what it feels like to support yourself and your kids completely alone.”
Then Gina gave her confession. “If you were concerned about me and my finances, maybe you should have used me as your realtor,” she commented. Gina will never let this go.
Finally, the women dressed in their best Harajuku attire. Vicki and Shannon decide to become twins by wearing matching blue wigs and outfits. My highlight of RHOC Season 20 was seeing the group in their creative costumes.
Gina accuses Jen of calling her “poor”
At dinner, Emily compares Vicki and Shannon to the “old” twins in The Shining. Yes!
Eventually, Gina confronts Heather. Gina said, “I had a great day shopping today. And then I heard you had some concerns about the things I was buying or how I was spending my money.” When Fancy Pants asked about her past as an actor, Gina responded, “But that’s not my experience.”
“It’s coming from a place of judgment. I feel like it’s creating a sense of superiority,” Gina said while speaking.
“And truly, Heather’s words were, ‘It’s so wonderful to see you flourish,'” Jen said. “And then I chimed in and said, ‘You know there’s one thing I love about her and I hope she never changes. I love the girl who went from the Casita to the bad*ss that she is now.'”
Gina responded, “I never lived in a f*cking casita! I was never poor!” Surprised, Jane replied, “I’m not saying you were poor.”
Obviously, Gina was angry. “This is wrong, and I don’t appreciate it!” Gina exclaimed.
“I had a house in Coto de Caza, and every other weekend when Matt (Kirschenheiter) came over, I would go to this casita like a crash pad,” Gina explained in her confessional. In a flashback to 2018, Gina tells Emily that she rented a casita for the weekend. “You can’t move kids around like that,” Gina said.
“The conversation of the universe is always like Casita Gina,” he told the group. “And I don’t like it because it suggests I was living in a casita with my kids.”
Jane immediately apologized. Gina told her co-stars, “I promise you, I’m still living within my means. I’m just doing better.”
Gretchen Rossi supports Jen’s new venture

Back in the OC, RHOC alum Gretchen Rossi and her fiancé, Slade Smiley, joined Jen for her fitness class. “For a while, I thought about putting my classes on a platform. And the things I was hearing from women were, ‘I want to feel sexy’ or ‘I want to feel fit.’ And that’s where the sexy fit came in,” Jen explained.
Naturally, Jane did first-class filming. Gretchen later said, “You’re so bad, like, you were so good. This is your jam, girl. I’m so proud of you.”
Elsewhere, Carmela and her daughter, Presley, were cleaning out their closet. “I just can’t believe that in just a few weeks you’ll turn 18 and then graduate and go to college,” Carmella said.
“They’re not just my kids. They’re my friends,” Carmella said as she spoke. “Like, I’m going to miss her so much. I really feel like a part of me is going to die.”
Later, Shannon and Jen visit Carmella. Carmela felt as if she “let everyone down” by not going to Tokyo. Carmela was emotional during the trip.
“Presley is graduating. It’s messed up with Danny. It’s like I’m still married. I don’t know what I’m doing,” Carmella admitted.
In her confessional, Carmella said, “I don’t know what happened to Danny, but I have this deep, visceral feeling that something is not right. I have come to realize that I can’t trust him.”
Is Tamra using Jane?

Heather, Vicki and Tamra meet for dinner. Vicki shared that she and Michael sat down to discuss their “life plans.”
The engagement ring was not important to Vicky. “I still have the ring I bought Steve (Lodge) when I got engaged,” she said while talking. “I paid $110,000, and it’s devalued.”
She confirmed with a manufacturer that she had purchased her ring. “He didn’t have that kind of money, and I wanted a bigger one,” Vicki said.
Tamra apologized for saying that Vicki’s daughter Briana wasn’t talking to her. In her confessional, Vicki revealed that “her relationship with Briana was great. I don’t see her enough. That’s the hardest thing.”
Meanwhile, Jen, Gina, her daughter, Sienna, and Emily went to the beach to pick up trash. Emily and Gina reprimand Jen about being best friends with Tamra.
“Sometimes I think, is this friendship with Tamra real? All the pictures… I’m like, does Tamra want these pictures with me or is it…?”
Gina replied, “Trying to tease Heather?” “I thought so too. There’s some underlying tension between him and Heather,” Emily said.
