The former Duchess of York got herself tested at the Paracelsus Recovery Clinic in Zurich, Switzerland. daily Mail Informed. According to the outlet, the clinic focuses on mental health recovery and provides personalized, discreet care. Inpatient treatment at the center reportedly starts at $17,500 per night.

Sara has reportedly been to a rehab facility several times in the past. “She has always felt at home at Paracelsus and knows she will receive love and attention there, as well as specialist health treatment when she is feeling most vulnerable,” a source told the Daily Mail.

Another source told the outlet that Sara’s ex-husband’s arrest has taken a toll on her mental health. “I’ve been talking to some of his friends. His voice is bad,” the source claimed. “She’s telling people that she’s really suffering with her mental health and thinks everyone is out to get her.”

The former Duchess’s mental health may be affected by the fact that she could become the subject of a criminal investigation.
