On the way to dinner, Austin tells Rod that he does not want to deal with Shep or Craig’s reactions to their breakup. That’s why he doesn’t want to tell them. Inside, Whitner’s dog Bacchus (or Ruckus, as Craig calls him) shakes his head right at the bottom of Craig’s glass, causing it to spill a bit on Molly’s dress. Venita jokingly asked the dog if Craig was lying, but this time, the footage cleared her up.

Charlie explains what is happening to her and Craig. In a surprising move, Austen defends Craig and explains the context behind those comments. She assured Charlie that Craig was thinking too much and worrying about how things could go wrong in the future, which would be premature since they haven’t even kissed yet.

Later, Austen admits that Craig’s homemade honey is delicious. Maybe there is still hope for this friendship?

Craig finds out about Audrey, but not Austen. After dinner, Charlie tries to convince Craig to talk to Austen, and reveals the secret about their breakup.

In the other room, Shep tells Rodrigo and Madison that he wants to tell Austin about his indecision. He mentions the situation to Audrey, but Rod and Madison keep Austen’s secret. Well, Madison had already told Sally everything. Madison advises Shep to ask Austen questions instead of giving her advice. Shep says he has to give advice to Austen, and Rod replies, “Do you? You?!” In a confessional, he asks, “Shep, where’s Yours Friends?” Madison agrees that Shep should be the last person to give advice about relationships.

Meanwhile, Craig asks Sally if they are good. She accused him of always starting drama and spreading rumours. He continued to insist that he never made any comments about Charlie. Sally calls Craig the ultimate gaslighter.

Whit’s parents are very popular at the dinner. Molly jokes that she will marry Whit to spend time with his mother. They have question cards for the table, but Madison is in no mood for dinner games. Answering questions, Venita says that she wishes she was less protective. Craig admits he needs to work on his reactions. Austen wishes he could go back to his last time bartending in New Zealand, where he ran around naked.

Of course, Sally wishes she could see it. She says out loud that he is very hot, especially her father’s son. She doesn’t like when men are too chiseled – “There’s nothing to hug!” She even asks if he wants help going to the bathroom, causing Austen to say, “Sally, down, dog.” “I want Austin’s hot cock,” she whispers to Molly. And she drunkenly declares that Austin will eat her ass before too long. Despite her huge crush on Austen, Sally is still annoyed to see Craig and Charlie flirting.

Speaking of revealing moments, the mermaid statue in the house forces Craig to ask the group if they’ve ever shocked a statue.

Back inside, Shep tries to talk to Austen. Ignoring Madison, he tries to give advice to Austen. When Shep mentions his indecision, Austin points to his kittens and tattoos as progress. He doesn’t want to talk about his relationship with Shep because he chose to confide in Rod and Madison instead. Austen says that he cannot trust Shep not to “hang out” and tell other people about his problems. Shep is clearly shocked and upset to learn that Austen is now closer friends with Madison and Rod than she and Craig are.

The next day, Shep, Austin, and Rod go fishing. Austen teases Shep for being a globe-trotting fisherman without knowing how to hook a hook. Shep says he’s a fly fisherman, that’s a different matter. Austen’s fishing and releasing naturally leads to talk about her dating life. Austen doesn’t want to talk to Shep about it. Finally, Shep asks if he’s single, and Austin says yes. Shep commends Austen for doing the right thing.

Charlie and Craig go for a canoe ride, which she compares to The Notebook. Craig says he has a lot of fun when it’s just the two of them. They can’t let other people (Sally) come near them. Charlie promises that she’s not overthinking things, just enjoying the moment. Well, until she sees a snake!

As the others head towards the pool, Venita grabs an apple from the tree. She swears it’s good, and Sally doesn’t believe her until she tries it. Venita comments that this is why Sally should listen to her. Apparently, they did not resolve the tension the day before. Both feel as if the other has put them in a place where they do not belong. Sally accuses Venita of making her look bad, referencing the Molly vagina rumor. Venita claims she told Sally not to share it. But Mauli asks why Venita came for her in the first place. Venita blames Sally. But Sally says Venita only shared that rumor after telling her that Molly talked behind her back, so she was definitely receptive to it.

When Venita talks about the difference between herself and Sally, Whit interrupts her and asks why it is such a significant difference. Venita asks him to shut up. He replies that he is in this conversation only for Molly. Venita feels attacked and betrayed, and wishes she and Sally could talk one-on-one. Venita apologizes to Mauli, who accepts. Sally accuses Venita of trying to come between her and Molly. Venita starts crying and goes away. Sally yells that if she keeps going, they’ll never be able to solve anything. She wants to work things out, but Venita leaving is not accountability.

Once they returned to Charleston, Austin helped Miss Pat and Whitney put together a tribute to Chauncey. He is joining others in the Pat’s Pet cemetery. Austin stopped by to pay tribute with a beautiful speech. He remembers Chauncey as “a true legend. A great teammate. A four-legged, tongue-hanging potato with the spirit of a lion and the mental strength of a child.” A “confidant, snack stealer, friend.” Austen adds, “What he lacked in brain power he more than made up for in spirit.” The speech, along with footage of Chauncey during the season, is hilarious and incredibly touching. I’m not crying, you’re crying!

In the post-credits scene, Venita gets a call from Madison…at the hospital! As Madison predicted, Teddy arrived early. She told that Venita is the first person in the group. Once they get off the phone, Venita starts screaming excitedly. She yells to her dog Charles, “We’re having a baby!!”
