People Dakota was reported to have been issued a temporary restraining order against Taylor and “temporary custody” of their son Ever. Dakota applied for a protective order on March 19 and Evers is currently with Dakota.
The next hearing on this case is on April 7 and Taylor will be able to share her side with the court. The protective order reads, “There is no parent time allowed until the scheduled hearing,” so Taylor has not been able to visit her son.
Meanwhile, in a statement, Dakota previously said, “Unfortunately, I am accustomed to these baseless claims about me and our relationship, which I unequivocally deny. I am focused on my son and his safety and hope Taylor will do the same.”
In light of the current investigation, the Utah Division of Child and Family Services ordered both Taylor and Dakota to undergo psychological evaluation. Dakota reportedly called the agency alleging that Taylor had been abusive towards Evers. However, Taylor has reportedly denied these allegations.
